Meditation has nothing to do with concentration, all that which sort under the supporting exercises.
Meditation is itself the art
of life. Art of life means that you are present, that you are listening and
observing passive with the whole of your being, with your body, your nerves,
your eyes, your ears, your mind, with the heart, completely.
It is this, which is meant
with, that art of life is a philosophical
way of life, something, which concerns your complete existence, the whole of
your way of being in all the relationships of life.
In this complete presence – in
which there is no division between the observer and life itself – you can do
anything; and in such a presence there is no resistance.
