Identification with something is one of the most hypocritical conditions

You can identify yourself with the poor or the rich, with a house, a family, a country, or the whole of the planet – it is one of the tricks Man uses in order to simulate unity.

Identity begins with the Ego, the Ego-centric person. Then the feeling of identity can expand to family and society, a socio-centric identity. And the identity can expand to embrace the planet – a planetarian identity.

Identification with something is one of the most hypocritical conditions.

To identify yourself with a group in the name of unity, and still remain alone, is one of the favorite tricks of Man, in order to deceive loneliness.

Or you identify yourself with your faith in such extreme degree, that you are this faith. And that is a neurotic condition.

The philosophy of Socrates is important in our egoistical time

In the spirit of Socrates you will in philosophical counseling claim, that the Man, who says he knows, doesn´t knows.

And that perhaps especially applies to a time, where one after the other place themselves on a pedestal, and are claiming, and are claiming they have clairvoyant abilities, can read thoughts, talk with the dead, or have other abilities and religious expericences.

All this has nothing to do with the unknown.

First when we can relate relatively to the relative, we can relate absolutely to the absolute

We are absolutely locked inside our self-centered becoming something, our images of life, our ideas and attitudes. Shortly said: language.

We must therefore begin with relating relatively to the relative. That is in Kierkegaard´s language: ”Die from the immediate.”

We must learn to relativize ourselves and our samsaric-temporal becoming something (the will to power). And it happens through self-knowledge and through relativizing of the Ego and the temporal life.

First when we existentially concrete can relate relatively to the relative, we can begin the next great work: to relate absolutely to the absolute.

The question then becomes whether the mind can be free from language?
